A drive can be controlled in different ways and there are many potential reasons why the motor is not starting when it is supposed to.
Possible causes:
Service switch open or missing motor connection
Wrong reference signal source
Missing start signal (Standby)
Motor coast signal active (Coasting)
No mains power with 24 V DC option card
LCP stop
Test:
Check if the motor is connected and the connection is not interrupted by a service switch or other device.
